Recommend making dinner reservations at the Origin Hotel or one of the Summit's many restaurants and end the night at Jakes Cigar Bar (Jakes is a 5-Minute Drive Away from the Origin).  The road trip follows the conclusion of the KPMA Fall Meeting & Golf Classic event, check out that event for added networking time.  Event registrations are separate.

Registration Rules & Policies

This is a KMPA member only event.  Space is very limited, so we are asking members to only register up to 4 max per company.  Additional members can request to be waitlisted with Jonna Jackson at jonna.jackson@kpma.org. All registrations are binding with fees due and payable at the time of purchase. Online registration will end Wednesday, August 23, at 6 PM EST.

If you choose to cancel the registration, or do not attend the event, the registration fee as dictated by this cancellation policy will remain due and is non-refundable.  If you incur a medical emergency, we will provide a full refund with a doctor note provided.

The special hotel rate is $129 plus tax and service fees for the Classic style hotel room by adding the Group Code 082723KPM on the reservation when prompted.  You can also get the rate by saying you are with the Kentucky Petroleum Marketer Association (KPMA)  or use the Group Code 082723KPM when calling at the locale number above. The special rate ends August 11 and the going rates may prevail at that time.
