Registration Rules & Policies

This is a KMPA member only event.  Space is very limited, so we are asking members to only register up to 4 max per company.  Additional members can request to be waitlisted with Jonna Jackson at jonna.jackson@kpma.org. All registrations are binding with fees due and payable at the time of purchase. Online registration will end Thursday, July 25, at 5 PM EST.

If you choose to cancel the registration, or do not attend the event, the registration fee as dictated by this cancellation policy will remain due and is non-refundable.  If you incur a medical emergency, we will provide a full refund with a doctor note provided.

KPMA will not secure a block of hotel rooms for this event.  There are a myriad of hotels off 265 near Crestwood, KY to choose from should you opt to stay the night.  The tour pick up will happen at the 3rd Turn Oldham Garden parking lot and that address is 6300 Old Lagrange Rd, Crestwood, KY 40014.
