KPMA Fall Meeting & Golf Classic

This is a KPMA member-only event, space limited. All registrations are binding with fees due and payable at the time of purchase. Online registration will end Wednesday, August 14, 2024 at 5:30 PM EST.

If you choose to cancel the registration, or do not attend the event, the registration fee as dictated by this cancellation policy will remain due and is non-refundable. If you incur a medical emergency, we will provide a full refund with a doctor note provided.

The special hotel rate is $139 plus tax and service fees for Monday night. NOTE: If you would like other dates added that are not shown as available. Please call the hotel to book and receive the same event rate for the three days pre/post meeting. You can do so by saying you are with the Kentucky Petroleum Marketer Association (KPMA) when calling. The special rate has been extended one last time to July 26th and the going rates will prevail after that. Valet parking offered and will be $10 per day within our group contract.
