New this year we have the private Stakes Lounge at the Lafayette Room available for this members-only event!  Space will be limited, see rules below for registration.

Enjoy a panoramic view of our race track and rolling bluegrass countryside from this fourth floor location. Tiered seating and balcony access provide wonderful views for all our guests to experience the pure excitement of the race meet.

Registration Rules & Policies

This is a KMPA member only event, space is limited for  the private room we've secured this year.  LIMIT 4 registrations per company, including guests, will be allowed at this time to allow for a good mix of companies. If you would like to put a few more on a waiting list from your company, please email us below. All registrations are binding with fees due and payable at the time of purchase.  

If you choose to cancel the registration, or do not attend the event, the registration fee as dictated by this cancellation policy will remain due and is non-refundable.   Substitutions within the company are allowed, please advise us via email of the change at least 2 full business days before the event.  If you incur a medical emergency, we will provide a full refund with a doctor note.

KPMA will send directions on how to pick up tickets with registration.   The Stakes Lounge is located on the 4th floor and the dress code below is required for entry.  Be sure to join us at 11:30 am for lunch and to network with our sponsors and other members in attendance.  There will not be a special housing block for this event, however we recommend the Origin Hotel in the Summit off Nicholasville Road. Keeneland's address is 4201 Versailles Road, Lexington, Kentucky 40510.

Gentlemen

Suits or sport coats, dress slacks, dress shirt with collar and tie. Dress shoes and dress socks.

Ladies

Clothing of comparable formality to gentlemen, including but not limited to skirts, dresses, tailored pantsuit or dress slacks.

Not Permitted

Denim – regardless of color, slacks that are designed to resemble jeans, shorts (including rompers), clothing or shoes that resemble athletic attire, abbreviated or revealing attire.

KPMA does not have a formal block held for this event, but we do recommend the Origin Hotel at the Summit.  It hosts a wonderful bourbon bar, with nice restaurants and shops all within walking distance.  Jake's Cigar Bar is also not to far from this location.
